Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

IntellectScout Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC d/b/a FastSpring), who handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your IntellectScout account settings or the FastSpring Account Management portal linked in your purchase receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund. Subsequent renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to avoid the next charge. Eligible refunds are issued through FastSpring to your original payment method.

How to request

Email support@intellectscout.com from your account email with your order details and we'll process eligible refunds promptly. You may also contact FastSpring directly about a charge using the link in your receipt.
